How often do we need to stop and put ourselves in a time out? What do we think about while we sit and wait for our "done with time out timer" to go off? It's like watching a good cry movie, or reading a good cry book. That release of emotion allows me to clearly think about the reality around me. By blogging I hope to create an emotional release, happy, sad, mad, whatever suits me in my time out!
